Why are you bothered about what others think?

Im not even vaguely interested in whether my opinion matches up with anyone elses.

So what if others change their minds?

That may well be right for some, but I will never give her any support. She is fame hungry and will play this for all it's worth. Last time round she was fearless in the trials, this time it is all 'oh, this is horrible, I'm having a panic attack, oh look, I'm not the hardfaced cow you all thought I was' obviously something her PR team have primed her for. Also, why did she go into the jungle wearing that ridiculous cut away costume, then pretended she did'nt realise she would have to do a trial before she went in, think the swimsuit gave that one away. I hope she gets all the trials and then gets voted out first.

I agree with you.

She is all nicey nicey, butter wouldn't melt, - can't stand the woman.

To say that she wants to get away from the papparazi. Is she thick ? She has umpteen cameras watching her every move.

I hope she's voted out early and the public see through the vacuous ,fame hungry chav that she is.

Well she won't win me over. I realised it was all an act after the last time she was in and she was coming across all nice girl and up for a challenge.

When she then came out and reverted to type, and that wasn't just reading about her in the press, that was out of her own mouth, the way she used to talk to Peter on camera was nothing short of disgusting !

Spot on! I thought that she was so worried about Harvey just over a week ago when rushed into hospital! What mother in her right mind would leave their son who has so many complications in his life. Katie has gone across the other side of the world and could be away for a month. She should be thinking of Harvey and putting him and her other two children first and not herself! After all Michelle Heaton, her best friend, said tonight that Katie does not need the money but wants people to love her!

We have had enough of her face on all the mags and in the papers for months now! Why can she not just lie low and stay out of the limelight for awhile! The British public have had enought of her!

I was looking forward to seeing all the others, like Gino, Sam Fox, Lucy, George and seeing what they are all like! It looks like it is going to be the Katie Price show and there is no way that she is going to win, so get her out of there now! We have seen her once and that is more than enough thank you! I truly hope that she is the first out and ITV will have wasted their money putting her in there!

There is no way that I will change my views of her! We have all seen the real Katie Price, aka Jordan on the Pete and Katie show. We all know what a real bitch she can be and how badly she treated Pete, anything else that we see in the jungle will be false! She will not be pulling the wool over my eyes, that is for sure! Does she think that we are all that gullible!

Maybe the whole thing is rigged ( alledgedly / possibly). You do not pay someone £350,000 and risk the vitriol of the public to vote her out first call. You want moneys worth .......so

DO NOT VOTE AS ITS A WASTE OF MONEY.
( ITV once burned etc.....have we forgotten the fines they got . )

and do you really believe the producers do not manipulate it to suit themselves?????

Sadly you are so right but she doesn't fool me for a second which is why I'm not watching her.

I agree alot of people are going to fall for her baloney.

She doesnt fool me. I still think she is a cow with an abusive personality.

I agree. Looks to me like she's trying to emulate how Kerry Katona was in the jungle now.

She won't be able to hide the arrogent, manipulator that she is for too long.

But if she is going to hog the cameras I won't watch for long, I find her too irritating.

If she wins I will believe that ITV have fixed it to get their moneys worth.

ITV can only 'fix' it in as much as they can edit it to concentrate on certain characters and ignore others but that has always been the case. I remember when Chris Bisson was in a few years ago, he was hardly shown doing anything and went quite early but people who came out said they were shocked when he went as he entertained everybody so much in the camp. Also Mike Read organised a concert to cheer all the inmates up and that wasn't ever shown.

Of course the producers have an agenda - they always do in reality TV shows. It is not certainly not a hidden one this year - they want as many viewers tuning in and voting as possible so they can maximise the amount they make from the programme and advertisers. What they won't do is fix the voting in any way because any scandal around that could mean the end of a) phone voting on any ITV show and b) a fine they really can't afford

I've never liked her so can't imagine that will change, there again I don't like Peter Andre either.
I'm neither Team Price or Team Andre just Team sod off and give someone else air time!!

I want to watch the other celebs interact without all this prepaid "drama"!

I am surprised shes come back to the show if I am being honest. I just don't believe her reason's for going back. Yes she gets away from the press but she is ultimately being watched by 9 million people and if anything she will get even more attention when she leaves the show.

I have never really known who the real Katie Price Is, It will be interesting too see how she progresses on the show. Going off last nights episode, I feel as if shes taking a softly softly approach at the moment.

I will watch out of curiosity but wont change my opinion of her, i think she will do well with the trials, suck up to her camp mates and find some poor sod to flirt with (no change from last tiem she was in really)

I just find it hard to believe that her son was in hospital less than a fortnight ago and she buggers off to jungle! not as if she needs the money so my opinion is that her fame comes before her kids and she deserves all the stick she gets!

Still, you have to admire her homage to Australia - turning up looking like a duck-billed platypus.

Oh yes, yes, you have made me face up to it, I AM jealous of her. I covet her refreshing lack of self awareness, her endearing habit of resorting to surgery to change her appearance, her bubbly and charming personality, the cute way she says she doesn't care what people think but deep down obviously does, the sympathetic bond she has with the public and press, the captivating way she loves earning money by any means, her honesty, that twinkle in her eye, the tireless work she does to make the world a better place - she is just adorable.

Why didn't I realise that before?

All you jealous woman* If you are going to try to insult the intelligence of an entire demographic, at least have the good grace to use correct grammar!
*women

The jealousy argument really does not hold any water, and is not the reason that many people, male and female are not fans of Jordan, the logic is not that superficial. As for her "being I'm A Celebrity", several successful and entertaining series of the show, both before, and after her inclusion prove otherwise.

I watch the show for enjoyment and don't mind who wins, so I will switch over when she is on and pretend she isn't involved in the show.

Um, so what if they do? You sound far more concerned about it than I am. I couldn't care less either way. If she does turn things round, it won't make the slightest difference to me or my life. In the same way, if she doesn't and comes out just as hard and media-hungry as she went in, whatever.

She comes across to me as a really unhappy, insecure and self-absorbed person so, regardless of what she achieves or doesn't achieve on IAC or what it looks like from the outside, she'll still be that same unhappy, insecure, self-absorbed person on the inside. If anything - if I could be bothered - I'd feel sorry for her.

Sadly, I fear she already has. With most of the threads on the first page being about her and barely a dent in the ratings. I know life's too short, but I don't think I've never been so frustrated about a TV programme, especially as the series had HUGE promise the first night.
