I just remember how awful she was in big brother, never spoke and just cried. She wishes she had a personality as big as Kim's. She's as dull as her mate Jordan.

On GMTV just now Michelle Heaton just said that Katie has managed to be 'herself' for the first day and she hopes she continues to be herself.

Is being yourself so difficult? Isn't it harder to put on an act to stop your real self coming to the surface than it is to act as you do naturally? That doesn't make much sense to me.

Also they said she would be on the ITV2 panel for the rest of this week. Now I may be reading things in to the situation here that don't exist but does that mean she is intending to go home at the end of the week? Will she be going home alone or with her friend who is actually only intending to stay there for a week before she walks out (because she misses her kids perhaps)?

Michelle Heaton will spend her time slagging off just about everyone - but especially anyone who is a big favourite with the GBP and could win it rather than Krusty. Another orange troll that should do us all a favour and bugger off and take her fake mate with her.

And ironic that there is no bigger fake personality than Katie 'personality disorder' Price. Strange how Michelle never picked up on that. I wonder if she's on Twitter. May tweet her to point this out.

Who on earth would take this orange monstrosity seriously? Especially when she's bezzie mates with another orange monstrosity. Kim seems a lovely jolly lady - a bit OTT maybe - but very sweet and well intentioned.

I'm not sure I'd say Kim is fake...but she does seem to be playing up to her persona to a large degree. She could be one of those people who finds it very hard to turn her media persona off when she knows the cameras are on her.

Career wise I can't say I blame her playing up her persona as it's her main selling point..but I can see it putting a lot of uneeded pressure on her.

Although she appeared very "jolly hockey sticks" on the surface...she seemed to be very tense underneath it all. If she doesn't relax a bit more she's going to find it very hard to keep it together in the long run. I won't be surprised if she's suddenly in floods of tears at some point fairly soon.

Well unless she actually knows Kim in real life how can she tell how fake/real she is based on 2 hours of TV.

Kim is a totally different generation, and has completely different values to someone like Michelle Heaton. Michelle really had no basis for being so adamant in what she was saying, and she really did state it like it was a fact, not just her opinion.
Fair enough if she could back it up that she knew Kim personally, and could say that she was a totally different person off camera, however her total basis for accusing Kim of being 'fake', was essentially to use the term as an insult as she learned to do on her time on Big Brother. It's a discrediting tactic, when someone can't actually articulate a rational argument, or actually find a genuine fault with a person to just say they are being 'fake'.
After all, a rather matronly older lady, being on TV regularly, and (more famous, and liked, than Michelle herself!) for...cleaning... sour grapes anyone!

All Kim is doing is showing her tv personality to the cameras. It's still her but the her that she is when she meets new people or is in a new situation. You'll see other layers as the show goes on and she gets more used to the situation.

I love Kim, she hasnt been any different on IAC than on her cleaning show, like with the "lovie" and everything. She talks like that all the time. And as for it not being the real her, well everyone has to act differently sometimes, for example most of us are different at work than we are at home but we are still ourselves at the end of the day

I couldn't believe the crap that came out of Michelle Heaton's mouth. All this nonsense about Katie wanting the public to see the real her is bollocks. The woman has made a career out of getting all aspects of her life in the papers and all those aspects are so exaggerated. Katie said years ago she'd do anything to keep her name in the papers everyday, that's the only reason she is in the jungle again.

Also, I'm I imagining it or did Michelle Heaton once date Stuart Manning? They didn't mention that.
