Jason Derulo is number 1
great song, by a proper artist. unfortunatly hes not 'officially' number 1, due to the charity single going to number 1 by default, and bep still holding on at number 2 - which is more than likely thanx to x factor still. when will this x factor takeover end?

At least made it to No.1 in America I suppose. Hopefully he makes top 5 here because he obviously won't get to No.1 as BEP and the X-Factor Finalist will be in the way.

I don't see how he's more or less of a proper artist than the Black Eyed Peas?
They've had two number one's recently without help from the X Factor. |

good song, but at this time of the year it never had a chance of getting no.1, unless he performs on x factor, which won't happen. wouldn't it be great if all the mainstream artists didn't bother releasing anything while the x factor live shows are on, to stick it to them?

This post is hysterical, jason derulo's track is just as much of a shameless cover as the X factor single (its a cover of the far superior "hide and seek" by imogen heap in case you're wondering) Neither are deserving of number 1.

and oh yes, of course, as you say, Hide & Seek is 'far superior', isn't it? thanks for putting it like that. |

Just because it uses the same chorus doesn't mean it's a full cover.

Although he's #1 on ITUNES maybe BEP or Leona are selling more CD's in stores GREAT SONG! though Jay Sean should have been #1 though but Xfactor ruined it |

What a creatively bankrupt track.
Buy the original instead - Imogen Heap's 'Hide and Seek' is a fantastic record. And the only memorable part of his song. And probably the only reason it's sold so well. She deserves the credit, not him. |

Thing is I've heard Imogen's 'Hide and Seek' and there is no way it would appeal to the all the people who have bought 'Watcha Say'. There both different styles.
