Good of DS to run a story on it this time, unless they did before and I just missed. Anyway see the link below for details.

Well aware of all those albums myself, but have only heard one in its entirety. That being Original Pirate Material by The Streets, which is well deserving of this honour. I'm looking foward to hearing the other three for the first time too.

I agree. Daft Punk's Discovery is one of the best Dance albums ever.

I'm Looking forward to hearing Metallica's album, and also The Clash 'London's Calling too should be good

Is anyone actually interested? Tonight its The Streets debut Original Pirate Material. Certainly worthy of the title masterpiece, one of my favourite albums of all time.

That's not the point!

The masterpieces feature can introduce albums to listeners who haven't listened (last year I discovered The Stone Roses). Also far fans of the albums it offers a celebration of something listeners hold dearly, it also takes a look at the influences and the influenced.

I think it's a great idea myself
