Need some help with settings on my new Sony KDL52W500

Can any of you experts out there who know the Sony W range help me get the best PQ.

There are so many settings it hard to know where to start.

Just bought a KDL52W5500 and the PQ is awsume but feel the colour needs to be a shade richer.

Any hep from an expert or any one with this set who has messed with the more advanced picture settings would be appreciated
