Im not sticking up for her personally but when im talking to someone or they are talking to me I cant look them in the eye for long, Its a confidence thing with me
It must be really hard for katie to try and be nice..She knows she's lying though her big spangle teeth,that's why she can't look anyone in the eye.

I think that many are missing the point regarding Katie Price, she is totally NOT as up front (pardon the punn) as people believe she is. Its all a cover for vulnerability and insecurity.

I think she's embarrassed at the state of her face.
She also keeps covering her mouth with her hand. She knows what she looks like and there's not much she can do about it.
I bet she hates the way her face has turned out with all the surgery and botox. It hasn't done her any favours. It's supposed to make you look good but she looks awful - and she knows it.
