Just watched it what a shame the camera man seemed fixated on Alesha I wanted to see more of the dancers not that silly bit of frippery stuck on her head. At least she's proved my other half wrong when he said she'd look good in a bin liner because that outfit was not a good look!
You o/h was right and you're a little bit green? perhaps? I love that word frippery, so you're forgiven for dissing Alesha ![]() As for the cameraman, he's got taste

How do you know that? Most stars give very generously out of their own pockets - they just might not publicise it.

Yeah apparently he used to get an fixed fee from bbc television for his appearances on BBC ONE [that covered both eurovision, eurovision-making your mind up and c.i.n]. He believed his tv salary was for eurovision alone and was surprised when it was discovered some of it came out of the bbc c.i.n production budget.

Hmm..
So some still think Terry Wogan didn't know? Funny that it was quoted by the BBC as £1,300 an hour specifically for CIN. So it was, (freedom of information act) we were told £9,065for 2006. Now I'm not saying he's got that exact amount for 26 years, it would I guess have been re-negotiated several times (he wouldn't have got a cost of living rise, would he?). It would have been a contract which he would have signed. To suggest he "got it mixed up with his Eurovision money" is a pathetic excuse. He knew he was getting it and said nothing. |
