Has Jade got an unfair advantage gettting a week off when Laila had to dance on?

Really?

Even though everyone is eligible to a bye week if they're injured...

Even though the other celebs stated that Jade's tango would have been the best dance that week (you couldn't really argue that they skipped a week when they had a bad dance), and they've been invited back to perform it in the final...

Even though Jade & Ian probably would have chosen to perform the tango in the final anyway (if they'd managed to get there), so they would have still performed the routine competitively...

Even though winning a show like Strictly having been injured halfway through would have been a brilliant achievement...

I know it's your opinion, but I find it rather petty, I'm afraid. If Jade had returned this week, and had gone on to win the competition despite her injury, I would have applauded her for it. As it is, she's had to withdraw, and that's a great shame.

Any response to my arguments (post 129), Bhoy, on your "tainted victory" stance?

So could you lock the thread please, as the title is now anachronistic anyway?

Oh dear, guess I'll never get a response to my arguments now this thread has collapsed. Ho hum. I'll just assume I'm right then. Marvellous.
