Last nights effort was pure genius and I for one would be devastated to loose these classes !

Couldn't agree more, not least because the stats are complete nonsense. How can you have an average when virtually everyone only ever does a dance once? You could get some useful stats (well, sort of) from Strictly, but not the way he does it.

Anyway, I digress. To the topic in hand. I actually got a bit bored of the master class last year, but now that they have clearly decided to send it up in Fantasy Football "Phoenix From the Flames" fashion, I find it absolutely hilarious. The performance yesterday was hilarious, as was the John Seargent paso doble routine. Far better than listening to Natalie or one or two others blathering on about how much they really love such and such a dance and really want to break 30 / get a 9 / stay in the competition week after week.

Well, loads of people have already said they find it hilarious so just wanted to add that everyone who watches Strictly/ITT knows that the appeal is the MIX of dance and entertainment.

Five minutes of silliness that makes a lot of people laugh out loud is A GOOD THING (as Claud would say, in capital letters) - especially now they've started showing the original dance on a split screen (eg Cherie and James) alongside Len and Claud's efforts. It's hardly worth getting annoyed about, is it? Okay, it's not funny to some people but obviously from the replies so far a lot of us do find it hysterical. If you don't like the "Masterclass", but want to watch the rest of ITT, maybe go and clean out the cat litter tray while it's on?
