I agree with OP. She's brought very little to the show. They should have stuck with Arleene or gone with Karen Hardy if they were determined to change things.
Alesha is a poor judge and an even worse pop singer.

Alesha must be very cheap to employ. I can see no other reason for her presence on the BBC.

She is a jumped up little madam who is so full of herself it is sickening to watch. Not only is she a sufferer from The Craig Kelly Syndrome but has also caught The Bruno Tonioli virus.

I noted this too on CIN She hardly noted or thanked people with thousand pound cheques and her interview
technique seems to talk (or cackle) over her interviewee,
a bit cringeworthy I felt.
She just came over a bit unnecessary too, but well done Tess, she seems very human

I have no axe to grind, but she made me cringe when she talked over people, and especially when she accepted cheques with so little grace

I thought she was good, but didnt like it when she preformed..Thought she was a little out of tune.

Bitter, jealous, envious, prejudice (mustn't say the R word) small minded, and full of f*rt - those are the words that come to mind when I read some of these comments again Alesha.

To be fair, Alesha wasn't that great a presenter. I don't have an issue with her being a judge, but her presenting on CiN was a bit... awkward, to say the least. I don't think she coped with being told to move on in her earpiece very well, so she was a little rude to the people who were explaining about their donations. Has she presented live very much before?

Not her fault, blame the BBC, she only had a few minutes to speak to a whole line of people each time.

I'm having a break! I've written 40,000 words in the last 20 days! And I like Alesha, just didn't think she was great last night.


To be fair, I think it's more to do with her lack of experience - she was being rushed but I don't think she dealt with it as well as she could have.

If these comment aren't "slagging" Alesha off, what is your definition of "slagging" someone off. Furthermore, by saying Tess seems very human, are you suggesting that Alesha is other than a human being? WHAT exactly are you suggesting?????
