I'm afraid she is really starting to put me off Strictly. Even Bruno was giving her funny looks tonight.

She said she didn't feel a connection between Ola and Chris - rubbish!

And to give Ricky a ten well that was just too much.

I wouldn't normally comment on matters like these as I think it's each to our own how we perceive people but she really has become, in my view, increasingly up herself as the series has gone along.

Tonight she looked like she was sucking a wasp for most of the show.

That is twaddle - they have the best connection among the couples

I don't rate Alesha as a judge but I am not bitter, jealous, envious, prejudiced, small-minded or full of anything. You may not agree but it's unfair to accuse others of the above simply because we don't agree with you.


I'm voting loads for Chris and Ola. I cannot believe the things she says to him, almost always OTT and uncalled for, never mind the downright bitchy ones. THIS is the reason she has no credibility for me as a judge.

She is so obviously biased in Ricky's favour, even a blind man could see it. He is good but he did not deserve a 10 tonight.

I totally agree, its gone to her head being a Judge. To award ten points to Ricky (not the first time she has done that) when Len had not been so generous was dreadful.

I definitely am - really want him to get to the Final. He must really up his game now and just get on with it. Alesha was a joke tonight - she had a stroppy madam's face on all night (IMO) and is taking herself and her comments too seriously. No way did Ricky deserve a 10. Her comments on Chris and Ola were way off too.

I'm all for people seizing the moment and making the most of themselves while they can. Good luck to her.

I question her impartionality and ability to provide a considered opinion in a dancing competition when she , appears to me, to have been elevated into a position she isn't capable of fulfulling.

Blame the BBC. It has gone to her head though!

Alesha has much larger eggs to fry at the moment; She's just finished a very very very successful nationwide tour, she's had two top ten singles, a platignum album and collaborated with one of the most successful lyricist of our times, Gary Barlow. If these factors haven't gone to her head why on earth would being a judge on SCD do so? Talk sense.

Well, maybe it's all those things put together. She does come across as rather arrogant I'm afraid.

You do know Barlow writes the music as well as lyrics? And quite what that has to do with Dixon I'm not sure. You're really not suggesting she is in his league as a musical act, recording artist or songwriter are you?

I have always liked her as an entertainer and I am pleased that she is doing so well in that area. However, I really wish she would just stick to that. Her credibility is really taking a knock on SCD and she is just losing alot of support due to her biased marking.

Hopefully she will not be invited back. I would hope that she realises that it has been a mistake and will concentrate on the things she does best.

Again.. she shows her inexperience in a judging capacity. Alesha really struggles to hide her personal feelings about the celebs despite how they danced. It is possible to deliver comments that are negetive yet constructive, she just has cottoned onto that yet. I cant understand her marking tonight - she was all over the place.

She actally did look like that , I was one of her big fans, loved her with Mathew , called for fairness and to give her a chance.
But as the weeks go by she is getting arrogant , silly and looks like thunder if it doesnt suit her .
Get over yourself Alesha .

I agree - methinks Team Cola are her next "target" - after all someone with such a big fan base as they obviously have is a big threat to her precious Ricky

I loved her as a competitor and she deserved to win with matt, they were the best that year. Sadly she doesn't seem capable of being a judge and imo she shouldn't be invited back next series.

She gets personal with the celebs she clearly doesn't like and certainly over-marks her fav's - who in her eyes can do no wrong when clearly others can see that they do and have.

I have to agree with Len although the lift was amazing i didnt think it went with the beauty of the dance and spoilt the ending but thats just my opinion.

Please Alesha try for the remainder of this series to be a little impartial, offer some constructive criticism and don't overmark your fav's and smile!....here's hoping

I loved Alesha when she was dancing with Matthew and voted for her all the way through the series. I didn't like her appointment as a judge, simply because I wanted a ballroom/latin expert, but once the series started I thought she was ok. However I have to say that in recent weeks I haven't liked the way she has delivered her comments (although ok last week) and I don't like the way she interacts with the other judges. In particular I thought Len had a very valid point tonight about the lift which wasn't taken seriously (not just by Alesha, admittedly).

She didn't applaud when one couple went off as the other judges did.
No manners. And she evidently doesn't care. Poor form.

Karen Hardy's comments will be very interesting if she is on ITT on Tuesday - she may have differing views. Hope Claudia raises Alesha's commenrs and rudeness re Chris with her and gives Karen a chance to comment on it

That would be good but I suspect nothing will be said as she got away with it when she was rude to Craig Kelly. Shes getting quite unpleasant.
