Joe has lovely sparkling eyes, a nice warm smile and a gentle nature. A very clear aura around him too.

This makes me think he is a very old soul. anyone out there
feel this too .

Treading on Joe, pipnlily? How cruel

Nah, I like Joe - he's not my favourite (I don't think there's enough depth of emotion to his voice), but he's had some vocally impressive performances.

Also, his grin is very endearing.

No idea about his soul.

Would love to see him do some Donny Hathaway though.

Joe is totally awesome, I do indeed love his singing and he comes across as the most grounded act. (thanks to those FM's for that word - you know who you are!)

Danyl is my favourite with Olly a close second. But that is overall. Some weeks I love Joe a lot - No regrets and Sway particularly did it for me

I hope he goes far in the show and afterwards. If he were to win, I would be happy.

Treading on him never :No just thought a nice thread would lighten the forum a little. As one human being to another I just want to mother him I guess. xx

Think you know what I mean.x

Finally, a thread about Joe which isn't saying he is bland. I love Joe, I love his singing and I think he's the best in the competition. He also has a beautiful smile.

Yeah, I know, I was just mucking around about the typo. I like Joe too, I think he's very sweet and down to earth. I don't want to mother him, but I think he'd be an awesome little brother tbh.

He seems incredibly sweet-natured and he has a lovely voice.

It is also really endearing that he always seems quite self-deprecating and also grateful for the support he gets.

Lovely bloke, lovely singer.

Yep, and I am guessing he doesnt actually need to win X Factor to he highly successful.

In fact, just maybe its better if he doesnt?

I think he is going to be BRILLIANT tonight.

Lovely lad, lovely voice, hasn't put a foot wrong yet. He isn't a potential popstar though. Musical theatre for his sweet, pitch perfect voice methinks. He would get a longer career that way anyway to be honest.
He could be extremely successful without winning X Factor, in fact, he is probably better off NOT winning it but getting to the final. Less pressure on him.

I think Joe will give the performance of the entire series tonight. Fingers crossed!

He's not my absolute favourite to win, either. But I too will be happy if he does. I don't find Joe "dull" at all. He gives himself over to each performance—it comes from his heart. He's a real singer, not an actor.

A quick bump for Joe.

Especially as its nice to be able to be completely positive. For that reason alone, Joe is one of the best.

Tommy - agree with your post. Its real for him, he may not be the most talkative but he feels it all right.

joes the best left...i hate that hes ignored on xtra factor and on here just because hes not doing anything controversial....he just sings brilliantly...he doesnt need to use crazy dancers or props to get him through.......he deserves to win.....i hope tonight will be his "listen" moment when people will sit up and take notice of the best singer in the comp.

Tonight is a good chance for Joe to start making people sit up and take notice.

I hope he does.

Cant see that happening tbh, I think by this stage of the game a singers previous performances are every bit as much important as to how you view them, I think most people by now have their favourites and will stick with them.
I know from my point of view that if Joe gave an absolutely amazing performance, sang with passion and feeling, I would give him credit for it but I am hardly likely to change my mind about my fav unless they were completely dire. Even then I would possibly give them the benefit of the doubt.
Though I do believe that whatever Joe sings it will be perfect pitch it will sound pretty much the same as every other week, nice but dull.

I agree to a certain extent, in that I will vote for Danyl unless he is SO dire (for my tastes, not for anyone elses, who's opinions are their own) that its not justified.

However, I do also vote for someone if I think they have moved a step forward. Until final 5 I quite often vote for 2 or 3 acts. After that I tend to stick to either my favourite, or if they have gone whoever I like best.

In the final I ALWAYS vote for the one I think has done the best job on the night.

Ok then. I'd like to bounce him up and down on my knee and get him to call me Daddy. That nice enough?
