I think we tend to remember personal impressions of dances rather the scoring.
Chris & Ola got 30 for their 1st week Rhumba but didn't get past 29 again till week 8.

Here we go again! I thought Tom was the best dancer last year because he entertained me. Dance is a form of entertainment, so IMHO the entertainer who could also do the steps deserved to win!
