My personal favourite is Stacey, and I loved her performance last night. It wasn't her best, and it wasn't my favourite out of all her songs so far. She was a little shaky in parts but overall it was a good effort. 7/10

Joe was brilliant last night. I have had reservations about him, but he delivered an excellent vocal. His performances just leave me cold. If he hadn't performed last, would everyone be raving about him today? Maybe it's just me, I don't know. He was the best last night though, so he gets the highest score from me. 9/10

I was really surprised that I enjoyed Danyl - it was a very bare and raw performance - just the voice. I'm slowly coming round to him. 8/10

The same with Lloyd. Never been his biggest fan, but I liked his vocal last night. Really suited him. Good effort. 6/10

Although I like Olly, he wasn't his best last night. I think he did okay, and he should be safe. I hope so anyway. 5/10

Who were your favourites?

Last night I really only enjoyed Joe's performance.

He and Olly are my favourites.

I normally enjoy Jedward as well but I didn't last night.

Last night was the worst of these programmes I have ever witnessed. It was dire. I have heard better singing at family reunions.

Danyl is my favourite - but Joe was the best last night, and I also enjoyed Lloyds.

Stacey, poor girl, was out of luck with me due to the song choice, not through any fault of her own.

My personal top 3 last night were Joe, followed by Danyl, followed by Lloyd.

I only really enjoyed Joe's performance but Stacey did well too as did Olly and Jedward even if their vocals were not spectacular.

Stacey would have to be my overall favourite, then Danyl, then Joe. But last night both Danyl and Joe outsang her.

In particular, perhaps as much because of the anticipation, it being the biggest song of the night and me a bit of a George Michael fan, I liked Danyl's performance best. As imperfect as it was, with the opening verse sung flat, he picked it up and it's still the only one I've gone back to listen to again at YouTube.

Joe did his best performance so far, but he does seem a bit shuttered in his range in comparison to Danyl. Ironically Joe succeeded because he did 'a bit of a Danyl' and sang out of his comfort zone, which made him drop the permanent smile (which he's had no matter what he sang about), and he doubled up when trying to force notes and power instead of swaying from side-to-side, as if breezing through everything.

Technically Joe was streets ahead of the rest, Stacey sang a similar song to last week and it wasn't as well executed, but Danyl was the most noteworthy even if not the most note perfect.

I want Stacey to win, because of her dippy personality.

Last night Joe gave the best performance.

I enjoyed Olly, Stacey, Jedward and to a lesser extent Danyl. I just can't enjoy Joe at all, no idea why. Maybe if he did something different I'd like it.

I didn't think Joe was that great last night, but I'm happy for him. He's a brilliant singer.

Lloyd: I thought it was his best performance but I am afraid I still think he is past his "sell-by" date. Nice lad, but I do feel he looks a bit overwhelmed by it all.
Stacey: not good in places, but when she is good she is brilliant. Hope she survives another week.
Danyl: what happened at the start? Better once he got going. I always enjoy watching him, he has talent that should be nurtured.
Joe: vocally, excellent as usual. He doesn't quite have the X factor for me. That said he is a great talent, deserves a great career (sorry, but I do think he'd be good in musical theatre), and I certainly wouldn't be upset if he won.
Olly: not good last night.
Jedward: not a good week for them.

My favourites are Jedward, but Joe, Stacey and Danyl have improved considerably as the show has gone on. I can't say they thrill me, but credit where credit is due.
