How ironic it would be if the GBP & the judges got shot of Lloyd tonight.

He's been shocking for the best part of 2 months, yet he has remained, sometimes at the expense of vastly superior performers.

Yesterday was his finest performance by far (although it wouldn't have taken much to improve on his previous showings); so in light of that fact, I think he should be voted out for improving so much!!

The only person who should leave tonight is Lloyd. Everybody knows it should be him, including Lloyd himself. He's awful.

NO im sorry J+E should leave tonight...then lloyd.

I like the twins but the joke is over now.

The top 6 is where the most talented singers need to shine hense in order of the worst singers it should go:
The twins then lloyd.

Thats how it should go.
It wont and lloyd will leave and J+E will come 4th.

But John and Edward are the 'joke' act and they still sing better than Lloyd.

I think he deserves to stay at least for another week on the back of performances over the last 14 days.

Initially, he was really poor and was easily the second weakest act behind J&E, but now that he's showing signs of improvement, and after some positive comments, he'll probably end up in the bottom 2 anyway, knowing British mentality.

If there's any justice, people will vote on the performance itself last night and put Olly and J&E in the sing-off.

To be honest, I would rather J&E or Olly go tonight. They were so awful last night. Lloyd can go next week.

I wouldnt quite call it that but I would call it the best possible result.

The last 2 weeks he has improved a lot. In theory he wasn't the worst last night so shouldn't go but I can't see him not being in the bottom 2 and the judges will vote against him whoever he is up against. He just doesn't seem to having that big a fanbase that can carry him through.

Was it me, or did he look totally uncomfotable on the xtra factor last night?

You make some very good points, especially regarding Olly.

Olly was awful & I've never really got the fuss surrounding him, but unlike Lloyd & Jedward, he seems to be immune from criticism.

Well that's the thing, Olly was pretty good a couple of weeks ago imo and has taken a massive nosedive since, and still gets positive/neutral comments from the panel, tending to focus more on a demographic (chicks digging him etc), rather than the actual performance itself.

Dannii was the only one to even make reference to his vocal last night. It's quite worrying

As a hard-core lloyd fan.....he deserves to finish in 5th place i believe..
I would be very upset if he comes 6th as he has really improved and been far from the worst these last few weeks....he has given it his all and i would hate to see him once again in the bottom 2.

Well,,,very well done Lloyd. What an incredibly lovely young man he seems. Anyone who thinks John and Edward can sing better than him seriously needs to go and get their hearing sorted out,,in fact anyone that thinks John and Edward can sing full stop needs treatment !!! Lloyd is just 16 years old and was in the bottom two last week,,he came back fighting and that was his best performance yet !!! I hope he stays in,as he deserves to be there,,and is getting better all the time. Go Lloyd,,,,fantastic performance !!!

I most certainly am going to vote for him bluerose,,in my opinion he is improving, and thats all you can ask for. Last nights performance was brilliant I thought anyway,,he could have come back this week after being in the bottom two and just throw the towel in and sung dreadfully, but he came back fighting, and he is just a young lad. I would be very proud of him if he were my lad.

I'd feel a bit sorry as last night was by far his best performance and he was quite far from being the worst of the night.

Anyone else notice that last night his new haircut was much better and nowhere near as flat as the old one - this seemed to transfer to his voice

I think Lloyds haircut made him seem more grown up and confident.

He does seem very shy and I can relate to that.

But I do have J&E as my favourites.

I sorry but as we are getting near the end of a show thats about winning a recording contract we should now be voting off the worst singers. And IMO J/E was the worst last night followed by Lloyd.

So no Llyod shouldnt go this week, J/E should but he should go next week imo.

^ This.

You can hardly preach about justice when your favourite, the one act that really can't sing, are still hanging round like a bad smell.
