Cola get on well but he isn't improving fast enough and they are starting to become quite irritating, I can't see them getting to a two person final. They have to manage their relationship a bit in the next few weeks if they don't want everyone to get fed up with them. Natalie and Vincent are slightly less irritating to me at the moment - and that's saying something! I think it's going to be Ali v Ricky unless, of course, they both meet in a dance off.

I'm afraid in the instance that Ricky gets to the final, I'll be inwardly hoping that whoever is there with him wins instead - does this make me a bad person? He absolutely does deserve to be in the final on current form though - can't bedrudge him that!

So One finalist will be Ricky or Ali courtesy of the judges - the other will be from the other 3 and TBH its anybody's guess - I'd hazard a guess it will be Chris & Ola!

I don't think A&B provide the 'oomph' for a Final.

C&O's 'Olachops and Hobbit' is played out now - like J&K last year, it was fun for a few weeks but ......they may be shorter in stature but they are adults - not children.

L&A have slipped down my leaderboard somewhat - I'd like Anton to go further but Laila has become a real 'Moaning Minnie' instead of the strong assertive woman I thought she was (I guess you can't have one without the other?)

N&V had a bad week this week but generally I enjoy their performances - Natalie is the essence of the competition.

R&N are too 'showy' - camouflaging some glaring basic errors from Ricky with WOW.

Now that Jade has sadly withdrawn (my winner), only N&V remain of my wish list so:

Natalie & Vincent
Chris & Ola (as long as they 'get their finger out' ) and
Ricky & Anton

In a word... NO!

If that happens then it will be very sad.

You are not a bad person! You obviously feel about Ricky the same way I feel about Ali - you can admire them and their talent but they don't set your world alight.

I wouldn't mind seeing Natalie in the final - I don't think she's as bad a dancer as some people make out. Although I don't think she deserves to beat Ricky or Ali.

She's more on a par with Chris - in fact, some could argue that she's been more consistant than him.

Of all the dancers, there are none that I don't like and I am a long-term fan of Anton. But sadly, Laila is not up to the same standard as some of the others and I think it should have been she and Anton who left on Saturday. I like Natalie too and have enjoyed her dancing. But again, she isn't as good as the others and I don't believe she or Laila will be in the final.

In my view, the final will, or should, be between Ali & Brian and Ricky & Natalie. I admire both couples enormously, but my money would be on Ricky & Natalie to win.

No heartfelt opinions are ridiculous, I haven't 'attacked' you, so please refrain from doing so to me - the 'I'm sorry' doesn't absolve it.

The title of the thread is about a dream final hence my 3.

So my dream final would be between Ricky & Natalie and Ali & Brian. It's always been important to me that the best dancers win and I feel that way no matter how much I like the personalities. I like Ali & Brian very much, but I enjoy Ricky & Natalie's dancing that little bit more so would like to see them win.

I think Ali/Brian v Ricky/Natalie would be a great final. They are a long way ahead of the other couples on ability but are actually very close to each other so it could potentially be a very entertaining nail biter.

Yep, I'd go along with most of that (even the bit of about Laila although I still find her utterly mesmerising!)
