I agree re Katya and Natalie -would like to see both back.

Absolutely disagree re Darren and Lilia -they dance very cleanly (although not as fit as previous years) -however, when compared to pros who overdance -ie, Aliona who often throws herself around wildly it may look like they are less energetic which isnt the case.

I would have said Natalie, but she really grew on me in the last few weeks. Therefore, the only one I'd get rid of is Anton.

I'm giving Aliona another chance to show what she can do, though. I quite like her dancing in the pro numbers, so I hope she can sort out her choreography for next year.

I'm always astonished at the talent of the professional dancers, and am loathed to pick on any to get rid of. However, it would be LOVELY to have a British female professional dancer in the team, and also to get rid of any 40+ male professionals..

Why?

In any case, Flavia, Lilia, Ola and Erin all competed for England, Lilia has British citizenship, and Flavia has lived in Britain most of her life.

I can't warm to Natalie no matter how hard I try... I'm not desperately keen on Aliona, although she didn't really get a chance to show what she can do - so either of them could go without breaking my heart.

Likewise, I struggle to warm to Brian for some reason, and I think Anton has definitely passed his prime (leaving aside the fact that he irritates me enormously!)

I wouldn't miss Natalie, in fact I hope I never see her on my TV again. She's cold, arrogant and I hate her "me me me" attitude... I loved Ricky W but felt she was showing herself off more than him especially in the showdance.

I would most definately miss Anton. For me he makes the show and I'd be reluctant to watch it without him... He's like Brucie... Strictly needs him! I love his latin too... His paso with Laila was one of my favourite ever dances on strictly!!! I'd give anything to dance with him myself!!! (My mum wants me to check into rehab for Anton-addiction....)

I wouldn't miss Aliona, Kristina, Erin or Lillia. I like Brian and I'm surprised that so many people wouldn't miss him. Anton has been great for the show but perhaps now he has another show going it would be time for him to move on. Matthew Cutler has never done it for me anyway so I don't suppose I'd miss him either.

Its not their fault they've been given rubbish celebs.
There is not a single female pro that could have worked "magic" on richard D or dom/don. I hope Lilia get a good celeb next year she deserves one!

TO be fair to the producers i honestly do think they thought Joe was going to be a great dancer and thats why they matched him with Kristina. After John S i think they wanted her to do well.
I guess thats another thing sometimes you get celebs like Rav, Joe, Mark Foster who all look the part and on paper you would think were going to be great but just dont live up to the "hype".

Exactly. Joe was the favourite to win, wasn't he? Well, that was before they saw him on the dance floor!

I would like to see the following go

Kristina - she is an awful teacher and will drop Joe for her next partner next year

Vince and Flav - they think they are bigger than SCD now

Heard a rumour via my dance teacher that the Beeb want rid of Darren but not Lilia hence why they're still there as they come as a pair...

If the BBC are so desperate to hang on to Lilia that they're keeping a pro they don't want, why have they given her Dom, Don and then Richard? They might as well be shot of both of them for the amount of time Lilia's actually spent in the show the last three years.

Obviously I'd rather they got decent celebs than left!

Makes me sad as well, if the Beeb are prepared to keep Darren in order to keep Lilia, maybe they would have kept Nicole if Matt had dug his heels in
In what sense? You barely see them outside Strictly- they pursue dance rather than showbiz in the off season. Flavia has a celebrity partner but they keep their relationship private rather than try to be red carpet C-listers, Vincent has only been in the tabloids when someone else went public about his private life. The only sense I can think that's true is that AT is made into such a big deal on the show- not their fault- and that Vincent sometimes jokes about how amazing he is. I think that's his character though, and meant in humour.

The only pros I suspect of thinking they're bigger than the show are the ones who think their private lives and/or personality will affect the celebrity vote. Naming no names

The only ones I would miss are Brian, Brendan, Vincent, and Katya. Possibly Ian.

I wouldn't miss any of the others.
