Given the fact that series 7 all seems to be going a bit 'meh' in some people's eyes (mine included), how do you think you'll remember it - using the formula above?

Obviously later events may affect this, but for the moment I think I'll go with 'the one where the wardrobe department discovered fringing'

The one where Ola was likeable

The one where... there wasn't really an excellent couple? :/
I thought Jade and Ian were the best and most consistent couple, actually, such a shame they had to quit. Ali and Ricky are quite good, but they just don't seem as much in control as some of the contestants in previous series (like Colin Jackson, and Alesha).

I will remember it for Chris and Ola and for other reasons for Craig.

The one where we saw just how many people hate change.

The one where Vincent finally lifted the glitter ball and with the most unexpected of partners!

(I can dream).

The one where a rent-a-gob chav with nothing of any interest to say, was given a plum spot on the judging panel and was every bit as crass and common as everyone thought she'd be.

Roll on Darcey and Claud for the Tesspit please.

.... Brucie missed a show.
.... Laila missed a step.
.... Craig was worse than he thought he was.
.... Zoe was better than she thought she was.
.... Ian was a contender.
.... Nat C said she was a "contendah".
.... Ricky W danced at breakneck speed.
.... Chris danced slow to keep up.
.... Poor Erin was in that purple fringed effort.
.... Ola was in her lingerie.
.... Laila & Anton's Jive was abysmal.
.... Ali & Brian's VW was sublime.

.... good dancers went at the expense of weaker ones - Whoops, that's been every series.

Sheesh! No shallow prejudices there then!
I do hope you achieve your ambition of finding out Claudia's brand of nail varnish.

....Karen's choreography corner was the highlight of the week.

The one where I missed Mathew Cutler and it didnt seem the same without him

The one where Alesha Dixon plummeted in my estimation and I gave up on her alltogether last Saturday

The one where I almost warmed to James and Ola shot up in my estimation

... where I wasn't bothered enough to watch ITT, because I'm not that interested in the couples

... we had the dullest and most predictable final.

... the one that Ian should have won and didn't

Well she rather confirmed those 'shallow prejudices' when she marked Natalie with an 8 for that Samba. And much as I adore N & V 's partnership......

I'm certain Darcey is going to be a little more articulate and discerning.

The one where Jade Johnson had to withdraw after injuring her knee.

That's all really for me so far, but I hope there will be at least one positive memorable moment to come!

Actually my other highlight would be RW's Quickstep.....that's been the only dance this series thats made me tingle.

That'd definitely be my second choice of 'remembrance', although I'm hoping somebody is going to turn into a showstopper before the end of the series.

It is my best dance of the series so far, but I'm not sure it will stay in my mind like other dances have.

You make me laugh.

You are so optimistic aren't you LL? I live in hope, but sadly....

The One Where I've found it so "meh" I've been more transfixed with John & Edward on The X Factor!

Seriously. It's just not at all exciting. We've had some great dances, but some serious overmarking. We've had some lovely dances with some undermarking. Too many 'random' scores.

It's just been a bit.... flat. I mean, I still watch it every week and still count down the hours on a Saturday, but I'm not as hyper over it this series.

Now that J&E have gone from TXF too, I have a feeling my Saturday nights are going to consist of a Galaxy bar to make me smile. Even more so since I think the final may just be the most predictable one yet.

Having said all that, I'll no doubt be missing it like crazy come January :P

You know that saying, 'sometimes you have to laugh to stop yourself crying'? That's kind of this series for me nowadays

Seriously though, I can't believe that among all that talent (well, Ricky, Ali and maybe Chris, anyway), there isn't one absolutely knock-your-socks-off dance to come from at least one of them.

Speaking as a Matthew Cutler fan, I suspect this will go down in history for me as the series that featured THAT pro samba!

(Also the one that featured some memorable foxtrots. Jade's and Chris's in consecutive weeks are my two favourite dances of the series so far.)

The one where half the celebrities were only able to dance with their mouths hanging open.... Guppygate.

the one where

Alesha became a judge
There were three clear contenders but one had to pull out due to injury
There was a huge difference in the standard of dancing between couples still in
I found out that I like James and Ola

The one that was completely meh.

No sparkle.

Very few good dances.

Sub par slebs.

An annoying new judge.

The one bright spot is Chris and Ola's partnership though for me, his dancing and his faces are not quite cutting the mustard ATM to be a worthy winner, even though I was desperately supporting him winning.
