For the pros
Ola came out of her shell.
Erin showed a warmer, more relaxed side.
James showed he could make a good presenter.
We just didn't see enough of Matthew.
For the celebs:
Chris showed that there is nothing more endearing than a contestant who can take criticism with good humour (and work on it).
Ricky G gave the most unexpected performance with his paso.
Ali could have been so much better than she was (although there's still time).

I don't think so Dolly.....I have RN and it's darker. This has a cherry red tint that I can't find anywhere.
