Alexandra Burke back in the Studio with RedOne
Alexandra tweeted yesterday that she was back in the studio recording songs with RedOne: Read the tweet here.
Does anyone think that RedOne is going overkill? Or do they love his music? Broken Heels is Alexandra's next single, and it was produced by RedOne. Its really good. I think it is some of his better work, although it doesn't really come close to any of Lady Gaga's songs. I think that's because Lady Gaga is so creative and she has a lot of control over the production of her music. RedOne's worst song to date must be "About a Girl" by the Sugababes. Just awful. Oh About A Girl is my favourite Sugababes song in years, fabulous. But I have to agree about Gaga, they should just get married and have lots of talented babies. They make magic together!

Alexandra's 'Broken Heels' is a great song and I can't wait to see the video.
I hope she gets another number 1. I agree though that Lady GaGa has the power of control over her songs as she wrote most of them and is a very creative artist. |

So she's back in the studio? She must be doing what Leona did and will record some new tracks for the american release of her album.

I agree about RedOne, he is a good producer but only with the right artist, his earlier stuff isn't that great, and recently anyone who records with him ends up sounding like they're trying to copy GaGa, he really needs to get some new sounds, that awful horn he uses in nearly every song and the same beats he uses are getting tiring. |

This is why I like the silence - it is completely different to what redone has been producing recently. Most definitely not knock-off gaga.

Whether it was pure coincidence or not, the Red One produced tracks on Alexandra's album are top class and not GaGa rejects as already mentioned. I think he captured Alexandra's personality really well and used it to produce pieces of pop gold, in the case of Broken Heels at least. You just believe this is 100% Burke through and through
I think he has shown a knack for adapting his style to suit the personality of his clients so his music doesn't all sound the same (take notes Timbaland, Ryan Tedder)
