When Bruce retires (which he will do at some stage) I think that Matt Dawson would make a good host for Strictly - if we can't have Gethin!

Cannot stand Matt Dawson - he giggled like an overage schoolboy on Question of Sport, did the same last night on ITT so there's no reason to suppose he'd be any different on SCD.

Whew , I thought I was alone in seeing that . Altough we can all think that about Craig , I actually thuoght it was a little childish of Dawson to bring it up on ITT .

A proven TV presenter, during and since Blue Peter

Loads of credibility with a younger audience

Drop-dead phwoar for a large enough chunk of the female audience to matter

Knows the show inside out

Doesn't use sarcasm as part of an act

Could tell a stroppy judge to **** *** in Welsh, and with a broad smile too.
