And yet a year ago he was still in contact with Matt and danced with Flavia on tour so he doesn't seem to be holding it against them at least. He said in the Metro he was disapointed not to have made the final but seems to have acknowledged that this was the nature of the beast.
I like Gethin some of his fans have annoyed me, I don't fancy him and I'm not convinced he wasn't a tad over-marked in the later stages but he seems like a throughly nice guy.
For me it's easy:
Female - Jan Ravens - probably my most disliked contestant ever
Male - Dom Littlewood - Gary Rhodes and Rav Wildings acute delusions of grandeur weren't appealing either I like Craig Kelly in spite of his - he seems like a sweet guy.

I think that's a bit harsh on Penny - yes she was a tad over-rated by the judges but a lovely ballroom dancer and she came across as a nice lady. I feel a bit sorry for Jessie Wallace actually and a bit guilty because I didn't really like her at the time. Craig's a sweet guy and there have been worst dancers and much more unpleasant contestants with no idea how bad they really were.

I think you are remembering selectively here. You obviously don't like the guy/partnership. I don't remember a single occasion when either of them said they should have been in the final. They actually said that they thought Len might have saved them over Matt. I remember Gethin saying that Len had appeared to support them in recent weeks so when it got down to his casting vote they thought they had a chance but it was not to be. The part of your post highlighted in bold is so subjective as to clearly indicate your bias against this pairing - I take it you are/were a Matt and Flavia fan?

....is it a rule on here to explain every detail as to why I have an opinion on someone.I didnt like Gethin as a performer on Strictly and found him boring thats it!!The impression I got was that he thought he was robbed also Cammilla.......I am not a huge Flavia fan atall I just think Matt was better than Gethin,and had a better personality that ok.

That's absolutely fine. Of course it's perfectly okay to prefer one celeb to another but if you look back at your first post, you did make quite an accusation against Gethin which seems to stem from your preference for one of his chief rivals (and therefore the way you looked at/heard the situation) rather than any actual evidence so it's only natural that people who have a different prefence to you will defend him.
Matt was a very good dancer (imo) who didn't deserve the flack he got. He performed excellently in the final and thoroughly warranted his place. I'm just sorry all three of them couldn't have been there.
Well you see I've sort of liked everyone over the 7 series in one form or another. But there have been one or two exceptions:

Ladies: Lesley Garrett (too serious, too over-the-top and that b****y silly singing note all the time!), Jan Ravens (though her exit is one of the best TV moments ever), Verona Joseph (lazy, wasted the great Killik talent!)

Sorry. But I thought Penny was consistently over-marked - no doubt something to do with the 'rockstar' connection. But hey, there are no rules on this thread (what makes somwone your least favourite contestant), Im not sure its just about ability, granted she wasn't the worst, but she did nothing for me thanks.

Women:- Gabby Logan for being a uber-competitive bad loser, and BY FAR my most hated competitor is the awful Bunton. Medicore dancer (at best) yet fawned on, and overmarked stupidly by the judges. We even had a song about her in our house:- To the meatloaf lyrics of I'd do anything for love, "And I would kick Emma Bunton out, and you know it's true an that's a fact" - sorry no verse 2. Ran out of inspiration!

Dom Littlewood has appeared in a huge majority of dislikes on this thread ,
