I don't even remember her/most of series 4...

I think what we need to recognise is that they all bring something to the show, even if it's plain annoyance! I didn't mind Jan Ravens. Apart from the famous exit and generally being a bit rubbish, she was mostly harmless. And as for the jive, Anton's nuclear radish jumpsuit sort of took away from how ghastly she was!

Least favourites if I'm pressed would be:

Carol Vorderman. If dances could kill that rumba would be a weapon of mass destruction. She was the epitome of a bad sport.

The Dungeon Master, Dominic Littlewood. Bottom fettishist and as irritating as a bed sore.

Gary Rhodes. I wanted to like him. I tried to, for Karen's sake. But even her most unwavering critics must have felt sorry for her trying to haul him about for the first few weeks. It was just a matter of whether the public granted her a merciful release or she brained him with a six inch heel. Few would have held it against her if she had...

Well for me it was Sid, but can't speak for everyone else.

Men: Darren Gough and Austin Healy
Women: Lesley Garrett and Fiona Phillips

For me there are three things that make her the only contestant I truely hated at the time (apart from Lisa Snowdon because she put Austin out and Christine because she put Jodie out and people were talking about her like butter wouldn't melt in her mouth and saying she deserved to win when she the only nice person in the competition when she got a tad snitty about not that bad qs judges comments - but I'll accept that in their cases that was me being petty and they are both nice ladies who contributed to the competition - they also did some good dances and I'll forgive a lot for that).

she was rubbish but then so are a lot of other people. The public voted her in despite the fact she was rubbish ergo we lost someone with potential whom could have given us some really good latin dancers and it wasn't fair but then again you can say that about a lot of people too.

What really clinches it was her attitude - I really really hate people who get precious when critised on Strictly - yes Julian answered the judges back but he was funny about it and he acknowledged off screen that he wasn't the best dancer - Jan's comments just reeked of bitterness. People accuse Matt DA acting his shoe size and not his age but Jan's outburst at Craig both when he answered the question as to whom should go that week with her name I thought quite reasonably and especially when she was voted off where the most immature behaviour I've ever seen anyone on Strictly display and she doesn't even have the excuse of being too young to know any better on her side. For those whom didn't witness it she yelled "I hope you're happy" at Craig when evicted in the manner of a stroppy teenager. I felt embrassed for him and to cap it all when he tried to be consoling in the bar afterwards she told him where to go and her husband shoved him. Only Carol Voderham (whom I didn't know about because I didn't really start watching Strictly until series three) has ever displayed such a vindictive and self-entitled attitude towards a judge and it's appalling IMO.

Dom Littlewood behaved very badly too but I missed the groping on the night and at least most of his appalling comments were behind the scenes or on ITT which I wasn't watching religiously until series six. His bitching about his marks on Paso night probably cost him the public vote so there's a sense of justice there. However some of his dances were quite entertaining so for me Jan is a worst contestant.

Gary Rhodes had a really bad attitude too - he wasn't prepared to put the hours in and then was surprised when he was rubbish. It was hilarious too how he went on about being a perfectionist and then was embrassingly bad.

Kelly Brook. I could not abide her.

Jordan Price, although I baulk at the notion that she is a celebrity.

ahhhh... its the jealous females disliking Lisa Snowdon - I don't get why everyone hates her!!! She was lovely.

Male - Darren Gough - He shouldn't have won.
Female - HMMM... not sure maybe Louisa and Vincent... jsut because her voice annoys me !!! Nothing against her personally.

You can dislike someone and not be jealous of them. I hate this crap of if a celebrity happens to be good looking and you dislike them then obviously it's jealousy. How about, it's because she was the most over-marked contestant in Strictly, a useless latin dancer, simpered constantly (when she wasn't in floods of tears) and was just irritating.

ahhh it's the irritating forum members who can't accept that some females dislike other females for legitimate reasons

I hate being told because I don't like women like Lisa I'm jealous. I love Alesha Dixon, Jill Halfpenny and Louisa Lytton, and frankly I find more to be jealous about with those three they're gorgeous, likeable (well Alesha is when she's not a judge), and they're are amazing dancers, yet it's it's my admiration they get not jealousy.

Forgot about him he was quite the creep, poor Lillia.

I'm fairly neutral though about the above compared to the dislike I had initially for Karen Hardy, and the dislike I have now for Kristina. On the flipside, every celeb I've really liked comes second to the pros that I really like.

I didn't start watching regularly until part way through series 3, so shouldn't really comment on earlier contestants if this thread is meant to be about least favourite overall performances by celebs in SCD. On that basis, I would have to say Louisa and Natalie C. Both of them just really grate on me. If I'm allowed to exploit the ambiguity in the thread title, then my least favourite celeb ever to appear in SCD is Natasha.

None of the men who've stayed in long enough to really make an impression has irritated me enough to leave a lasting memory of it.

This is the 1st year that I've watched ITT and followed these threads, so I don't understand the Lisa-loathing that there is around here. Was she really obnoxious on ITT or something, because from seeing her on the main show only, she came across to me as perfectly pleasant?
