From the article he apparently hit the pap when he was driving off, there's no mention that he left the scene of the accident. He's been charged with assault, not hit and run.

In another article it said he was involved in a hit and run accident ....but I agree we have no idea...dont think he has actually been charged with anything yet.....according to the liverpool press he is in custody pending questioning.

However I have a very bad feeling about this.....it will have been standard practice for his to take a breath test so I hope he isnt in custody because he failed it....

They might as well cancel the series now... everything is going wrong.

Just thinking out loud....we have DWTS dances this week, so the producers could carry on being American and put the show on hiatus until the final or semi final.

Give people a chance to heal, sort out legal difficulties, learn to dance, roly poly or whatever - but the same situation for everyone.

I think if they keep going forward things are going to snowball and the mess will just get bigger.

Jesus! What a series this is turning out to be,
First we had Anton being accused of racism, then Ali injuring her toe, Jade pulling out after popping her knee, Phil having knee surgery, Laila spraining her ankle, Ali injuring herself a second time and now Ricky's gone and got himself arrested.

Chris and Natalie are the only two celebs remaining not to have had anything bad happened to them so far. Wonder if Ricky will be able to participate tomorrow?
