Actually, I'd like to know too. I watch the show, but rarely come in here, and have only just read comments alluding to some problem between the two of them.

It wasn't even speculation until you speculated about it. It is just a forum joke. Like the banter about who is behind all the "accidents".
Yeah basically its all to do with the fact that Ricky is now single and as such obviously Natalie and Alesha want his bod because he is soooo fine
As a result they both hate eachother. This is all despite the fact that Natalie and Alesha don't even seem to communicate and neither of them is all 'jungle fever' over Ricky. But whatever the gossip is fun.

And there is one more reason for Arlenes demise. No matter how much she publically panted after a celeb nobody ever speculated for a moment that it would be reciprocated.
