As does Chris.

Neither are the best dancer but they've improved and they have personalities and partnerships with their pros that a lot of people have really taken to.”

Can't say I've noticed any improvement from either of them.

Natalie has worked hard on her posture and has mastered increasingly difficult choreography in the Ballroom.

Chris gave us a near perfect Foxtrot and looks to be about to deliver something special this weekend.

I'm not claiming that either has made the kind of journey we saw Darren Gough or Matt Dawson make, but they have definitely improved.

Also, I can't say I've witnessed all that much improvment in Ali or Ricky. They are just as good as they were at the start and Ali still can't do justice to Latin.

At least one of Natalie and Chris will make the final I think. I've always thought Natalie was in with a shot, she's very popular.

Agree with you there. I'm not inspired by any of this lot this year -- except Jade (sigh)...

I know what you mean.

It's come down to a choice between a better (but dull) dancer or the bigger personalities who have been less consistent.

Jade would have won if she was still in the contest. She and Ian had the full package.

The easiest way - it's been suggested before - is to start with an extra couple than you need. If nobody pulls out during the course of a series, you can have the drama of a five couple semi-final and dumping two couples out there - one perhaps after the first dance with a 15 minute vote (some filler entertianment), the second after the last dance. It ought to be enough for most series without needing to worry about non-elimination weeks or returning eliminated couples.

Oh don't be so bl**dy stupid! That is far too sensible and far too simple. The Beeb would never go for it in a million years.

True, sadly.

It wouldn't bother me if she won (I am past caring at this point) but I do wish she would close her mouth when she dances. Surely Vincent must have told her about it.

I really hope Ali wins SCD 2009 but I would equally love Chris to win it. Am actually torn between the two. I would like Ola to be in the final as I feel it is her year and both Chris and Ola have been very entertaining. Ricky Whittle is a good dancer but he leaves me cold.

As for Natalie Cassidy - well - say no more.

I hope that's not the case .........

The luggage would probably be able to remember the whole routine though. But don't know what it would look like in fringing!
