So now maybe 3 dancers will dance this weekend with Ali given a bye and Ricky maybe having to withdraw or maybe also claim a bye.

OK all you rule book officials what happens if Ricky cant dance tomorrow cause he is you know where still?

I don't think it would look to good if he dance whilst on bail in a family show

If they believe the case is serious enough he could be held in custody indefinitely.
