Hi there, I have been trying all afternoon to set up my Foxsat HDR to recieve ASTRA 28 and 19.
I have read all of the posts regarding the set-up, but I just cant get it to work.

It only scans the channels on ASTRA 28.
I am just about to pull out my last hair. Can anyone give me a
"Setting up a diseqc on a Foxsat for Dummies "
I got the box to recognise the diseqc, but it just wont scan fro the channels. I just get lost after the first manual scan !!

From setup, if you highlight manual tune and then enter the magic sequence for the secret menu do you have the possibility to select the 19.2 Astra 1 ?

yep, but it still only scans astra 28

Hmmmmmm ......... Here's my last shot from my memory as I am at work and don't have access to my Humax. Which DiSEqC channel did you assign for Astra 1? From my memory Freesat is on "B" by default, so I used "A" for 19.2. Does the DiSEqC channel on the screen match the one you selected?

Eureka !!!!

Had to set the LNB Power to HIGH on ASTRA 19 then iat worked.. The distance is the same as Astra 28 @ ~ 20m !!!

Ah well, seems to be working now.

But sorting through all them channels will be a nightmare. When can we ftp the box and change the channel lists ???

Its gonna take a few evenings to throw out and sort all of them unwanted channels.....

I supect that you can set it up anyway you want. I have Freesat on DiSEqC A, Astra1 on B Hotbird on C and AB3 on D. All on standard LNB power and about 35m of cable to the LNBs.

The other important settings are 'Fixed Antenna' and 'Two Cable(Same)'.
