i am on free evening and weekend calls - i pay for 3 months monthly - as they ask me for £20 each month as cant afford to pay the full amount they ask me to cover the full three months!

i am a bit concerned as they gave me just over £30 bill to cover the three months, i just cant understand why they cant give me set amount of one month bill per month like i had before - where as i only had to pay just under £15 for the few calls i make and line rental!

i dont know why they cant give me the service i had before, because i know in the long run i will save money and that, but it seems BT isnt that bothered esh when i explained what i had before!

All i want is a monthly bill of under £15 each month instead of taking £20 each month for a bill muckup i didnt want in the first place
Also i am wondering is the 0845 number still free as i have noticed i was being paid for it when i phoned up my ISP!

i hope it makes sense!

Rhian

Hi Rainbowelsh,

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your monthly payment amount. If you want to email me your account details to btcare@bt.com I will check the account to find what monthly payments are appropriate to cover your bill every quarter.

I would just like to clarify that 0845 and 0870 numbers are free of charge in the evening and weekend as part of your inclusive call package.

Can you include your username 'RainboWelsh' in the subject heading of your email.

Thanks

Shane.

Thanks for sorting out as i feel that amount is more suitable for what BT should be getting for what i pay/recieve!

Hi Rainbowelsh,

Thank you for taking my call and I am happy to advise that I have now lowered your direct debit as requested.

Hope you have a good weekend.

Regards,
Jon.
