Even having read The Sun clip on Greytop's thread (which I would expect to have the most dubious slant on things) it sounds pretty much as though he was just trying to leave the club, asked the paps to give him a break as they were swarming round his (admittedly appalling) vehicle, Ricky accelerated and this Steve bloke was clipped. Accidental or deliberate? This is presumably why there was questioning but, on the face of things, there seems plenty of room for doubt that it was deliberate.
Ah well, I'll just have to resign myself to the beautiful, blissful, peaceful, serenity that the ignore button has provided me....
