Well there is a road at each end of the street so I'd guess it'd be a through road?

I thought this was another anti-Corrie thread, like is Corrie a dead end or can it continue, that sort of thing.

Corrie is on a through road.
But, like the M6, there are slow and fast bits.

Don't know why but that made me laugh I think it was just your knowledge of the M6.

It is a through road. Here is a map of the area from (I think) the 90's that shows where the street is in relationship to the area.

thanks, the street at the tram/railway end of the street seems quite narrow and doesn't seem to have a name so maybe it isn't used much which maybe explains why there is not much traffic in Coronation Street.

It used to be a dead end cul-de-sac but now it's not

When you see the opening-titles - it's quite open-ended near the corner shop, but the actual street in the programme looks like its a dead end, or a very small road leading off! That viaduct with the tram crossing is missing in the opening bit as well!
(sorry, just being picky)
