I still can't help but smile whenever Natalie is on the screen. Im gonna be a bit sad if she goes tonight.

I guess you mean Natalie Cassidy and not the one with Ricky. I like her very much, she is a lovely, fun person. But tonight she looked hideous. The outfit made her look like about a size 22, and she looked clumsy and I found myself cringeing for her.

Wish she would shut her bloomin mouth...could catch a swarm of flies in it!!!!

Not her best dance at all

Her outfit was terrible something far more flattering could have been run up. I voted for them had problems getting through though!

I found her more entertaining than the self-obsessed, up their own backsides, smug pairing of Ricky and Natalie.

Technically yes Natalie and Vincent were not as good but I felt they embodied the spirit of the dance more and made it more interesting.

So Ricky can lift Natalie up and throw her around - well whoop de doop - so blinking what.

Natalie was right to point out that being the same height as each other makes it harder for them to do lifts, she didn't say that her being heavier than him (that's not having a go at her it is obvious) is also a disadvantage but we all know it is.

I'd rather watch fun entertaining couples like Natalie and Vincent, Laila and Anton and Chris and Ola any day than the boring and conceited couples like Ricky and Natalie who started out quite good dancers and have stayed quite good dancers. There's been no improvement and no deterioration they have been the same week on boring week.

The way they had Natalie dressed tonight reminded me of Ma Larkin.

Vincent earned his money tonight trying to heave Natalie around. And what a pathetic excuse! She'd clearly watched the show before going on it - well frankly she could have tried a diet before she went on and then she wouldn't have been "disadvantaged". Glad she's gone

Perhaps YOU could have tried thinking before making that particular comment .... unnecessarily cruel, whatever you think of Natalie's dancing. I'm pointing this out because I understand many of the contestants read these threads and it's quite possible Natalie would read this. There are women all over Britain who have tried to diet and found it ain't that easy.

Cut the poor woman some slack, Overthehill. You can't believe everything you see/read. but Natalie obviously did love the programme and if she had been able to lose weight before it, she would have, I'm sure. Anyway, I'm fairly sure she did lose quite a lot of weight while training for it.

It was Natalie's time to go, but I felt sad to see Vincent all cut up. I'm glad he was able to stay in the show this length of time, and take my hat off to him for being so wonderful to Natalie. The standing ovation they received was lovely!

Maybe she would of scored better is she had closed her mouth!

I swear Vincents feet lifted off the ground when she slid thru his legs

She did it before http://www.amazon.co.uk/Natalie-Cass...9442834&sr=8-1

I'm not being cruel - but she tried using something that is entirely within her control as an excuse to get better marks.

Totally agree.

It was Nat's turn.

But I loved watching them - lots of joy there, and I enjoyed them more than Ricky and Natalie who were, in the dance off, better.

Feel glad that she was there and had such a good time. I think a lot of people enjoyed her and Vincent and it was a great, great send off.

Hats off - and she went at the right time.

There were lots of good things about Natalie, but she wasn't a great dancer and got through on being ' a personality' so many times.

I think seeing her gusset twice in one night was a step to much for many people.

Yeah that one move was performed particularly clumsy on both occasions

As I don't know Natalie personally, I can't say for certain that she "used something that is entirely within her control as an excuse to get better marks" (like the 5 Craig gave her tonight, perhaps?)

There are few women in the Western world who have only ever dieted once! It's a constant yo-yo for most women because emotional "comfort eating" is something many women - and men - do.

But hey, my original point was simply that I was hoping you might realise the tone of your comment about her weight was rather unkind and unnecessary.

Feel free to reply - I'm off to a more positive thread!

I found it very difficult to watch and was really embarrassed for them both. I know it does seem a little unfair but it's unfortunately a sad fact that physique is rather a critical factor in dance. But it wasn't her weight so much as the way she stomped around that let her down I think.

It has more to do with height then weight. Vincent's had lift issues with Rachel and Louisa as well as Natalie because the height difference was close.

Really? Because Ricky seems to be doing ok with his partner who is the same height as him. In fact, it seems to me that there is less difference in height between Ricky & Natalie than between Natalie & Vincent.

I think Natalie has done very well. At the dance off, her and Vincent's dance was better second time around. She is a fun girl and brought a lot to the show. I hope we see lots of her and Vincent on ITT,

Me too.

I enjoyed her dance more than Ricky's tonight, although it wasn't as good.

It was her time to go, but she brought a lot of fun and energy to the show. I shall miss the pair of them loads.

Quite agree.
And Natalie has improved the most of all, IMHO.

Ricky's built like a brick...something or other though. Vincent's not so well built, so struggles. Admittedly, Natalie Lowe's no doubt lighterr than Natalie Cassidy too - but I think it's unfair to blame it solely on weight difference between Vincent and Natalie.
