I disagree.

Its happening to me since I put the new 1.00.11 update on reluctantly since there were so few problems reported.

I'm too finding that if you pause live tv for a short while and then press play, after a while it suddenly jumps to Live play losing you all of the programme between the point you were at and the point of live transmission.

Its happened to me several times over many channels including Five and Zone Reality.

Mine did that well before the 1.00.11 update. You have to pause it for a good 10 seconds, otherwise it could jump back to live broadcast at any moment.

Not really a problem in my eyes.

Minewas fine before the update and personally to me it is a problem. If I leave a room and come back, what point was there in pausing the programme if the box is just going to jump to live and cause me to miss what I'd buffered anyway?
