I don't actually find it that irritating, mind you that may be because a few of my friends use that sort of grammar too so I'm used to it. It does seem a little hypocritical for those to criticise Alesha for it, but not criticise others like James Jordan and Len for the same thing (James says it as frequently as Alesha).
You was is spreading like wildfire. Soon it will enter the Oxford English Dictionary as an Aleshasm.
