I was wondering if anyone out there can help me ... ?

My 9300 has recently started performing even more oddly than usual. It now wont record anything ! If I set a programme to record in the scheduler, it appears as if it is recording (ie the red 1 comes up on the schedule and on the channel info if I switch to it ) , but the programme does not record.
Also, if I press the record button whilst watching something, the machine does not indicate it is recording and indeed does not record.. . .

Any ideas ? I've essentially got just a straight (expensive) freeview box . . !

I've recently done a default reset after a new ota download

This all comes on the back of it doing strange things like the programmes I have recorded being blank and of no time despite appearing in my recorded list !!!

Sounds like a corrupt file system to me. I suggest formating the disk (which will delete all existing recordings).

Mine is doing exactly the same thing. HD only a third full, but the only recording it will do is the live cache.

Must be a design fault. Did the reformat cure the problem?
