Tonioli: "Bastian should unleash the animal"....Will never happen
We're talking miss goody, boring ol' two shoes
![]() She's hasn't got a primal passionate bone in her body..... Bland, that's what she is....who are they kiddin'. Just look at all her latin (so called) passionate dances so far: cha-cha-cha....as cheesy as ol' Bruce's Jokes ![]() paso doble....as fiery as a wet blanket...landed her right in the dance off ![]() salsa....uhm spicy, party flavor...I don't think so....hangin' on for dear life more like ![]() samba....time for a party....NOT... ![]() Did they do a rumba yet....if they did I can't remember (everything latin looks the same) if they didn't well then something tells me it won't unleash her animal instinct. They are so overrated it's getting kind of pathetic.... ....alright then BRING on THE BACKLASH

The Rumba was her first Latin dance, and I thought she did quite well, she hasn't yet done a Samba- and I think, given she let herself go in the Charleston and really performed for the first time, I think she will do OK.

I don't thnk it's within Ali to be sexy and sassy.
But I'm not sure it will matter in the end. Whoever wins this year is going to have a weakness of some kind. None of them are the complete package. |

I thought her salsa and her cha cha were fine. Not exactly the best Latin dances ever on the show, but better than anything half the reamining contestants have so far managed in the same vein. Her paso and jive were unfortunately both unholy messes, but she's not beyond hope, and she's recognised she needs to be more out there in her performance style.

She's basically got one last shot at that this weekend with the Tango. That would be my biggest concern with that dance for her, because it simply doesn't work without the performance.

The Samba doesn't really require the female to be sexy, so I think she will be fine with the Samba (you're right, she's too shy to act sexy).

Now now, let's not pre-judge the issue. She may yet turn into an ohyesyoubitchgrinditonmenow sort of dancer.
Sorry, don't know quite what came over me there (as the man standing next to the two elephants remarked). If Ali can find her inner tigress this weekend, she's a shoe-in for the title. Otherwise, she would find it impossible to outvote Chris when the two million plus extra viewers - most with no particular preference for any couple - tune in for the final. I'm thinking that he'll get a place there because the BBC knows he's worth a few hundred thousand switch-offs if he goes. |

I hope she doesn't get the wrong idea and unleash Brian's animal, I don't think Bruno's heart would take it

Ali reminds me a lot physically of my neice, she too is a blue eyes blond with a gorgeous figure and I have always been amazed that my neice has never been able to keep hold of the boyfreinds that she wants to , having seen Ali on the show and the way shoe reminds me of my neice , I can honestly say now that it doe appear that neither "do " sexy which given their genetic material is amazing!
I dont bye into the fact that she is shy, for heavans sake she is a sucessful actress , it just seems that sexy is not in her personality! |

Does she really need to? She's doing the samba this week, not becoming a Vegas showgirl.
She does need to let go more in the latin dances, but every winner has a weakness, maybe that'll be Ali's, her ballroom more than makes up for it. |

I thought the Samba was a party dance - so it's more about looking like you're enjoying yourself and bringing the party to the dancefloor, rather than acting sexy (though she may need to in the Tango, depends on the choreography).

Get one of the dressers drunk and ask her to fit one of Ola's lesser creations to Ali (lesser in terms of material, that is). No need at all to enlarge it, though.
Tassles! That's the word I was looking for! Then it's Saaamba time in Rio de Janeeeiiro! |

I cant warm to ali she's just so boring, its like a china doll, and brian well hes a bit meh too and i still reckon he looks like alis reflection in a hall of mirrors, this loved up rubbish is just nauseating as well. She might be able to dance but its a pretty bland paring. I wish Brendan was still in we might get a bit of passion and hissy fits then.

See the "Let me read you what the forum says" thread for more info. I'd be more than happy to oblige. |

I think she began to perform in the charleston, so I'm looking forward to what she can do with the tango and samba this weekend. As others have said, it could be make or break for her - if she performs like she did in the charleston, she should be fine.
Neither the tango nor the samba require "sexy", anyway, so she'll be fine even if she can't do "sexy". |

Why when I read this do I have a vision of Claudia on ITT next week saying,
"Well Bruno got his wish and Ali did indeed unleash the animal inside for her Samba on Saturday. Unfortunately, the animal in question was a tame squirrel..." Go on Ali. Prove me wrong! Show me it's really a Tyrannosaurus Rex with a party hat on and a glass of champagne. |

I thought Ali's Charleston showed signs that she can bring her acting skills onto the dancefloor more.
However, I can't help but wonder if her relationship with Brian is more of a hindrance than a help. If he keeps asking and she keeps refusing - which is still the state of play as I understand it - giving into him on the dancefloor is almost synonymous with what she is resisting doing off it. But she may have a job on competing with Ola's next catsuit ... which is surely lurking on the horizon?!

Well, she melted John from Wales's pencil .. and that's pretty special
You obviously haven't watched some of her Holllyoaks scenes .. if you think she can't do sexy She hasn't done the Samba yet .. so you're obviously talking rubbish |
