What do you do when you run out of stuff to listen to on your MP3 player?
I listen to my MP3 player 8 hours per day at work, and have done for the past 3 years, I'm at the stage now where I am totally sick of listening to the 2000 odd tunes I have, its at the point where I actually don't like the songs any more, have you ever got to this stage? and listening to the radio is pure $hit.
Sure there is plenty of music in the world, but its finding something that makes you go WOW and makes you hit repeat, finding decent music is the difference between a shift flying in or every minute seeming like an hour. |

Why don't you swap your MP3 player with a friends for a week? Get a few friends and rotate them around..?

I dont listen to music for a few weeks and read books or listen to audiobooks. Then after a few weeks has passed the music sounds fresh again and I can enjoy it.

Well seeing as it would take me 54 DAYS to play all the music on my iPod i don't think there's much chance of that happening.
But it's always nice to pick up something different every now and then , then try pick up a couple of concerts or so they can be judged a bit better by live compared to studio "cleanness". |

Doesn't it use AAC files though rather than mp3's?

Get new artists/albums on your ipod..
for example I am a big fan of Beyonce, Rihanna and Ciara and I got abit tired of their recent albums (Not Rated R as it is just out, but before that ) and decide to hunt around the internet to see other similar artists. I came across Keri Hilson and the extremely underrated Amerie and got their albums and loved them..So maybe try that with an artist or genre you like and it might help
