I can't even hear any music.

I can vaguely hear a tune, but it's being wiped out by that background noise.

I wasn't being funny, I can hear a tune, but there is a lot of hiss in that video

I had my speakers turned up full with my ear straining to listen to it.

Did you upload that video? Is there anything you can do to either improve or amplify the audio?

No offense thats nearly impossible to hear, nobody will be able to hear it and I'm shocked to hear that you obviously can, sorry but its a bit of a no go i think.

I can hear that tune very well and sounds as if the lyrics are saying Everybody, I can hear every bit of that tune so surely u guys must be able to, Does anyone know it as I really do need this tune.
