Has anyone heard the new single Echo by the girls? I loved Keep Your Head Up but I think Echo is even better. It's got a catchy chorus and the video is great.

I hope this charts well, it sounds good but its just a matter of fact of getting radio stations to play it.

Pretty good, was playing it this morning. Will GCC release an album sometime, does anyone know?

I think the plan is to release it after the third single (hopefully there is another single, It all depends on the success of Echo).

The problem is because Girls Can't Catch haven't had any real high profile promotion (X Factor etc) its all up to the radio to play the song so people will know more of the band. They've been doing the club circut and supporting well known bands to gain a fanbase and it seems to be working.

Btw, to any who are interested you can pre order the single now and its out to download / buy on the 18th January.

I'm guessing terry clarke works for them! Saw them support the jonas brothers 2 weeks ago and they werent too bad, though i thought echo sounded clumsy.

Loved them, and Radio One is actually going to playlist this this time!

Not actually confirmed yet, so far it's only been said that they'll be playing the song from 14th December. That doesn't mean they've playlisted it. They could play it twice and leave it at that if they wanted to.

Well Jess from GCC seems to think that they're playlisting it.

I wish I worked for them. I'm just a supporter of good music and think with the right promotion Girls Can't Catch could do really well!

Good song very catchy. And I do like the band, sadly I don’t see this song charting very well. But hopefully if it is playlisted by Radio 1 it will chart well, and the band will have allot of success.

But I can’t help thinking Eurovision.

I really like this one. It is so much better than the last single. I hope the song doesn't flop and it gets into the top ten. Good luck to them

I'm not sure what I think about it yet. I do quite like it, and I prefer it to their last song, but I don't think its a particularly good (or well produced) pop song.

And I don't know if anyones seen them being interviewed but Phoebe (the girl from Hope) seems like a complete nightmare. The blonde girl seems really nice, but it sounds like the other two gang up on her a bit.
