http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/s...d.php?t=926358 read through that but personally i wouldnt get one as the screen is just too weak, mine lasted 2 weeks and usually i can keep for for years, still got the first cam phone somewhere and i used it for years
main good thing about it is the battery as its still in the draw with charg from febuary even if the screen is just a light now |

Me and my daughter are having one each for Christmas. I've read a a lot of positive and negative things about the KP500 but I tend to listen to the positive more as they usually give more accurate info about the phone.
I recall when I was looking to buy my current phone (Sony K750i) and read all the negative stuff and the crappy joystick etc. I can tell you that I have had that phone for nearly three and a half years and it is still working perfectly fine (as is its joystick). So, make your own mind up.

My daughters' KP500 has started rebooting none-stop for no apparent reason and it wont stay on. I'm assuming it's knackered, my daughter didn't cause anything to make this happen. Mt question is; can I send it back to the retailer (in this case Littlewoods catalogue) for a replacement as it's only three months old?

Its up to the retailer which option they go for but they will either repair or replace. But you can certainly return it.
