And what does she know about ballroom or Latin dancing? It's an genuine question - I don't know her background other than the obvious ballet but she's managed to make Alisha look like Karren Hardy out there, shes terrible

Darcey Bussell added nothing to this programme other than a well-known name.
But that was the original intention of the BBC, in a pathetic attempt to boost ratings late into a series with a known weak line-up of celebrities.
It's totally incogruous, it's like including a rugby coach to pick a potential Premier league footballer.

Darcey's comments tonight were rubbish... I think she made a major error in telling Ali she *will* be in the final, as though the public vote is irrelevant.

She had a chinwag with Craig after every dance... and surprise surprise EVERY mark (bar one - Rickys cha cha cha) was the same mark as Craigs...

Have to say...

What is the point????????????

At least she's grammatically correct.

She's understated as well.

She's here... and she's absolutely pointless.

I thought Alesha's comments were more constructive than Darcy's were.

Firstly, what has her gender got to do with anything?

Secondly, what makes her qualified to judge a ballroom dancing competition?

So, what we really need from a judge is correct grammar and an understated presence?

You do realise that these criteria mean all the other judges should go also? Is that what you want?

I thought it was pointless having her as a judge. A complete waste of time.

Why should all the other judges go?

I didn't suggest that at all.
