Its a fix

Yes, yes I know the BBC wouldnt dare to fix it after all the fiasco.. but either the judges have fixed it for Ali to win or Len really thinks she will win!

Last week they overlooked her mistakes in the Viennese Waltz and this week Len said "Next week you've got the Argentine Tango, I'd like to do it with full force" (or something along those lines - will have to rewind and watch again), uh hello people still havent voted for them!

So either its fixed, or Len really thinks she'll win or atleast make the semi, final.

Opinions?

Len knows they won't kick off Ali in the dance off even if she fell over. So she will make the final - and once the judges vote off Chris next week in the dance off (even when he tops the public vote) Ali will win (no way Ricky would beat her in the final public vote).

So lets stop the show now - Len has decided Ali will be the winner!

It is depressingly predictable.

couldn't agree more - there was no mentiions of her couple of off beat moves and she made a slight stumble at the begining.

Anton had lost it before they began - Len said they would not get more than a 6 and guess what one 6 and the rest were fives - lets hope the marks are not too out of proportion for the public vote to make a difference.

Nobody dancing that brilliantly tonight ... but even so I seem to be watching a different set of dances to the judges.

It seemed to me like there was a definite agenda on the part of the judges to mark Laila lower than Chris at all costs (with the aim of avoiding a Ricky vs. Ali dance-off).

I predict that next week they will turn on Chris like they turned on Laila tonight.

 You really want them? OK, here's mine - you're kidding yourself. The judges cannot 'fix' it for anyone to win, even if, shock, horror, they might want one of the best dancers to do so!

My opinion is that you need to post this on the "Conspiracy" thread.

Of course the fact that she was actually the worst dancer had nothing to do with it!

With any luck; the only reason he is still there is because of the lovely Olla!
It’s certainly not his dancing prowess.

Right but she wasn't that much worse than Chris on either dance. I felt she was undermarked on the AS then felt the pressure to do well on the salsa leading her to mess it up.

There wasn't a huge difference between her and Chris, but the comments and marks made it seem like there was.

That's the fiendishly clever part of The Conspiracy, don't you know?

It's the whole "hiding in plain sight thing".

Damn, they're sneaky, those judges.

Good thing they've got us here to expose their Fiendish Plan.

The AS was OK, but just OK.

The salsa was beyond awful. They were lucky to get 26 / 50, frankly.

The salsa was always going to be rubbish, but they actually did worse than I thought. They did a rubbish routine and mucked it up also. Which took some doing.

They'd have been better doing basic steps for 90 seconds.

So when you say there wasn't a huge difference, you mean "no huge difference except for the remarks and scores of the judges"?

Errr... what else do you differentiate on then? Hairstyle?

I thought she was much worse sorry. Messy AS and teh Samba was one that sends out people in the 1sty round. Sorry. Chris's ballroom was okay and his Samba was good entertainment

I really feel for Laila and her supporters tonight because that VT clip with the judges directly before her salsa was appalling and made them all look extremely unprofessional as they openly trashed her.

I too predict they will turn on Chris in the same way next week.

However, I really can't agree with you that Laila wasn't that much worse than Chris on either dance. While he clearly needs a morning in an acting class to work on his facial expressions, he sold both dances way more than she did ... although I was quite shocked that the judges ripped into her for her AS, which did deserve more.

The producers and the judges clearly had Laila in their sights this week - that VT clip didn't even bother to disguise it. Officially, it can't be a fix until next week, where there really is a scenario where the public can't save the lowest-scoring contestant with the judges ... but their efforts this week make them appear very sly and underhand.

There may be trouble ahead ...

I don't mean to be funny here but what I saw on my tellybox tonight, Laila and Anton deserved to be marked lower than any of the contestants....they were appalling tonight I'm afraid.

OMG - take off your RTGs and look at that again. I won't - I shut my eyes in several places. It really was as cringe-worthy as some of the all time classic dance disasters (the TVAM gang)
