It's going to be Ali/Laila or Ricky/Laila depending on whether Ali can beat Ricky in the public vote.

I predicted that before the show but as Laila came last instead of Chris it's very unlikely.

The judges' comments and marks tonight seemed to be aiming at getting rid of Laila tonight and Chris next week...

I would say Lilia vs Ali with Lilia leaving tonight....

If that was their aim, Laila's dancing (particularly the Latin) gave them plenty of ammunition. She was very poor.

I think it's fair pretty much sorted:
Laila v Ali with Laila going!

As Laila is bottom of the leaderboard, she would have to top the public vote to overhaul Ricky. I really don't think that's going to happen; Chris looks a shoo-in to top the public vote, therefore, Laila will be in the dance off as she'll be behind both Ricky and Chris even if she comes second with the public.

The other participant in the dance off will be interesting as it could tell us which one of Ali or Ricky got more votes this week.

Well I am hoping that Laila goes this week and ricky goes next week. Ali (technical) v Chris (entertainment) and we have a good final with a bit for everyone imho.

Indeed. I believe Laila is a bit of a shoe-in for the DO so now we'll finally know how popular the others are.

It might be briefly amusing if the suggestion in the thread title happened, seeing as this series has been imo a little weak entertainment-wise....but the amusement would quickly wear off for me because Ali would go out and Ricky would pretty much be a shoo-in for the trophy, being easily the best dancer (or maybe Chris, being humungously popular) and it would be a little pointless, really.

Plus, I predict Ali vs Laila, with Laila going home. Pity really, I was really getting to like Laila.

I thought the judges were jumping on the Chris bandwagon tonight with some of their comments - think they realise he`ll make the final, possibly win and therefore preparing themselves in advance

Before I'm proved wrong, I'll say I think my prediction was wrong (but hopeful )
