I liked Darcy better tonight. Bit more spark in her on the panel, and (naturally) her dance was sublime. Make her dance every week and she can stay.

I really like Darcey on the panel. Loved her dance with Ian too. I'd like to see her as a full time judge.
DB is fantastic both as a judge and as a dancer.

I think the point was to make Alesha look better.
In a "We have given you what you asked for and you were wrong" sort of way.
I don't think she's bland, she's just not loud and overly talkative ! Once the nerves have settled and she finds her feet ( no pun intended ) she'll be fine. She certainly showed what she's worth tonight, the dance with Ian was excellent.

Just voicing my honest opinion.
Look again at the result show.
She was bored out of her mind. Just sat there looking blank.
She is a wonderful dancer but the BBC should never have put her in this position.

She didn't look any more or less bored than the other judges. She seemed to be enjoying herself to me but maybe laughing and clapping along with the others actually means she was bored.

How the judges can criticse Chris's facial expressions when Bruno looks like he is sucking a lemon and sitting on a sharp pointed object, Craig looks almost as bored as Darcy, Len always looks happy or angry, Alesha looks like the hamsters dead but the wheel is still turning.
There is no room for the judges to pick on Chris at all.
Slightly off the point but it's Darcy's lack of emotion that annoys me.

Not in my recording she didn't.
Of course she wasn't jumping up and down and didn't have a big grin on her face the whole time, but then none of them did.

Darcey has far too much class to start behaving like Bruno and dare I say it Alesha. She shows a contained enjoyment IMO.
A real lady. I'd love to have as much poise and elegance when I grow up.

Just the sort of person to have on a prime time entertainment show.
That will really raise the viewing figures.
As much as I dislike Alesha (and I really do dislike her) she adds to the show.
