Not at all. It just proves how unpopular he and Natalie are...

Ricky is a fab dancer but I really cant warm to him as a person, and Natalie is just really over competitive and arrogant. I think this is why the public are not voting for him.

He's just not that popular with the public!

SCD is as much a popularity contest as a dancing contest and the public have clearly warmed to Chris and Ola a lot more than they have to Ricky and the rather robotic Natalie it seems.

I wonder if his arrest last week has had a negative effect on his popularity

The public aren't mad - they just vote for who they want.

What is all this about. Dancing!!!! Ricky is by far the best so why don't you vote. Some ppl say its Natalie, others Ricky. They are brilliant. For Goodness sake have some sense. You can't kick someone out who earns 95 out of 100 compared to Laila or even Chris (though cute isn't comparable). I despair of some people I really do. Why does it always come down to personality rather than talent. Utterly ridiculous.

Blah? Blah?? There's a considered argument if I ever heard one! How Ali managed to escape the dance off with two insipd performances I don't know - well, I do know - overmarking by the judges!

Ricky was amazing tonight!

Its not utterly ridiculous. People can vote for whoever they want. At the end of the day shows like this are popularity contests and if you dont have the personality to back up the talent your not going to get very far.

The public are entitled to their collective view.

If you don't like it fine - but don't call them mad!

It's about public support. Chris and Ali seem to have the most.

To use your own words..."Utterly ridiculous".

SCD hasn't been "all about dancing" ever

It has always, always, been as much about personality. You'd think after so many series that people would understand that by now

At least he was against Laila. Although this week he'd probably win against anybody.

Ricky was the best dancer out of all tonight!

Its a shame that it could finally come down to popularity. I think people find the most problem with Natalie - a real shame - but in my opinion tonight Ricky outdanced them all.

Overmarking? Ricky was head and shoulders above the rest and it doesn't matter how people can explain how he is dull or whatever the stupid reason they have against him... He was the best dancer tonight

This is general message now: if people cannot appreciate how good a dancer Ricky is, you all need your sodding eyes tested. A complete effing disgrace tonight's result was and flame me all you want to, I'm that frigging angry that people cannot realise real dancing talent when it does such a beautiful foxtrot in front of you.

Go to specsavers.

I think BLAH!!!! just about covers Rickis lack of personality, he is completely devoid of one and i have been very annoyed by the judges love fest with him, they only occassionaly remarked negatively on his performances, completely ignoring major mistakes and bad timing, he has been over marked many times, and i repeat, he hasnt improved very much at all, i also find his fake humility completely annoying, dont care if he wins this series has been a bore fest!!!

The public are entitled to their view and obviously prefared to watch the others dance , as I would and am entitled to think and want that

The judges are expected to vote on the quality of the dancing. The public are simply asked to vote for their favourite. If they want to use the quality of the dance to judge their favourite they can, but if they want to use other reasons that is equally valid. I thought Ricky was the best by some margin tonight, but if people prefer to vote for others then fair enough.
