Lines closed at 9. Results show started 40 mins later. I'm not sure it was live myself. Certainly not in its entirety anyway

Flavia was very quick out of her Argentine tango dress and into her American smooth number and with a different hairstyle, if it were not recorded.

From what I can gather from people who've been to the live show, certain parts are pre-recorded and slotted in to the live show. Therefore Bette Midler's song would probably have been recorded this afternoon leaving plenty of time for Ola to get changed ready for the live show.

Same here. I was there the CIN week, and both the pro Rumba and Dame Burly Chassis were pr-recorded. I think it's the same most live shows - some segments are ones they prepared earlier.

The pro dance was quite clearly recorded, as was Bette Midler's performance. I don't know about the actual results part though, I hope it was live.

Even when it was all one show in previous weeks it's likely that pro spots and/or guests were pre recorded.

It just wouldn't be possible to get everyone changed and keep moving musicians etc around. I don't have a problem with it - if they didn't do that there would have to be more filler between sections.

I was there last night. The only live parts of the results show were V&F's AT. And obviously the dance-off. Bette Middler was filmed before the first show and the American Smooth was recorded in the gap between shows.
