There is more sunshine from Chris

Although I think that both Ali and Ricky are better dancers technically, I think that there is more sunshine in Chris's dances.

That is what I missed when Natalie and Vincent left, the sunshine.

But that sun looks constipated.

I agree.

Showmanship, energy, joie de vivre and a bit of pizzazz.

That's what Ali and Ricky are so totally missing. It's something that can't be taught, they're either born with it, or not.

Like Ray Quinn on DOI, he was head and shoulders above everyone else in skill so he would have won anyway, but what made him absolutely untouchable was that element of charisma that none of the others had.

The thing is no one is original in their criticism. One of the judges said constipated now posters are repeating it ad nauseum. Same last year one of the judges called Tom smug and it got repeated on here endlessly. Try to come up with something original.

Why when it matches perfectly, I am not writing a poem here. Compare facial expressions of let's say Ricky and Chris while dancing.

Yes, that's what I meant exactly

Chris is like a soggy December day. The sunshine is largely Ola who is shining stunningly brightly and doing an even better job with someone the good side of average than she managed with the hopeless Kenny who she kept in well past his sellby date. If the prize was for the pro doing most work or best dancing or best choreography or best music selection or best covering up of their celebrities weaknesses or for best dressed. Ola should win. The problem is she might have done as well or better with someone else.

Ola's main problem prior to this seris has been her lack of any real connection with the viewing public. In this series, her likeability factor has shot through the roof!! (Heck - people have even started to say nice things about her husband recently...) To suggest she could have done "as well or better" with someone else is quite simply - BONKERS - sorry

But has he fallen in love with the sheer joy of dancing? He may well enjoy dancing with Ola but I don't believe he has embraced the whole concept yet.

There is a little sun peeping from behind the clouds but there certainly is not a full blue sky.

I still think, out of the three left, he has more joie de vivre. I like that expression; thank you to the person who posted it previously

I like it too, and it sums up perfectly why Chris and Ola are so well supported by the public.
Neither of the other couples come close to producing the fun, smiles and nice warm feelings that the viewers feel when they watch them.
People admire Ali and Brian and Ricky and Natalie, but they don't feel emotionally involved to the extent they do with Chris and Ola.

One man's sunshine is another's... slightly annoying drizzle.

Other people might find his performance shiny and happy, but it's not for me.

No sun for me, just a bland drizzly day with occasional breaks in the cloud.

Now this is where I can understand where people are coming from when they say Ricky is good but, they can't take to him. Ray Quinn was absolutely fantastic but, I just didn't like him (I didn't like him on X-Factor either, but thought he was good in Brookside). I loved his dancing, but he was so far ahead of everyone-else that he ruined DOI for me, to the point where I didn't even bother watching the final.
