It's Claude and her batty presenting of ITT that makes the whole thing worth watching for me

What a great idea for a thread. I support Ali and Brian but I've never quite understood why that means, according to some people, that I can't enjoy other dancers. I didn't get that memo.

Things I've liked this year:

* It's a TV show about ballroom dancing - how great is that!
* Professionals doing what they do best - so much on TV is mediocre so I really enjoy watching people doing what they love and doing it with skill. Especially Brian, of course.
* It's live TV - riskier for the BBC when it goes wrong but there is that added frisson when it goes right - ie Blackpool. I thank the Beeb for sticking with a live show when the pressure must be on to pre-record it.
* Claudia - fast with her wit - fantastic. I was nearly sick laughing when she did her Cherie Lunghi rumba with Len
* Laila's Paso, Chris's Paso, Ali's VW, the Charlestons, Ali's American Smooth
* the fact that Ricky never buttons his shirt up unless he really really has to because he's in tails.

This is so true!

Just watched Mark and Karen's AT, it was beautiful and OMG that dress so simple but ohhhhhhhh so sexy. I had admired Mark long before SCD but he was always so reserved and never at ease being interviewed but he shone through in Strictly. That dance still gives me goose bumps loved it. Rachel and Vincent were great to and I'm hoping for more on Saturday. I've enjoyed this series apart from the injuries but they go hand in hand with dancing.
