Totally Lost ITV HD

Hi,

Couldn't see any comment on this within the forum, but would assume someone else is having this problem as well.

I think it is since the software upgrade, but I am not definite. I just cannot access ITV HD. I press the red button it goes to the HD channel and I get sound for a couple of seconds, but no picture at all and then after about 3 seconds a blank screen, with no sound. There is still the indicator telling me to press blue to go back to SD. Any ideas anyone?

If you're sure an HD programme is on when you're trying, then a Factory Reset is needed to restore it.

They are messing about with upscaling SD at the moment, though.

Rgds.

Yeah I had this too. A factory reset fixes it. You dont lose recordings but you will need to setup your guide (series links) again.

Thanks for your help. I've never had to do a factory reset. How do I do that?
