When are Voting Results released AND could they hold a shock story
When do they normally release the voting figures for each week for each contestant, and do they also show who was in the bottom two and who was actually the one with the lowest votes.
I ask as on many weeks it ended up being put to the public anyway, so we know exactly who was bottom but not who was top or in the middle. However there is one week that I think an awful lot of people are going to be very interested in, and that is the week Jedward went! as it was not put to the public vote, Dannii was the last judge to vote and she went with Simon and Cheryl and Jedward went home. Now the controversy will be if Jedward did not poll the least votes had it gone to the public they would have remained in the show and OLLY would have gone home as he was the other one in the bottom. Who thinks Olly polled the least and who thinks Jedward polled the least. If Olly got the least public votes had it gone to deadlock Jedward would have stayed, how would that have changed the show do any of you care to comment as it has really played on my mind since that night. Did Dannii suspect that Olly was going to be walking off into the sunset, which is why she played on the "is this a singing competition" or was she just worried he may have got the least and she would be saving Jedward who she claimed could not sing? They are usually released a couple of weeks after the whole show is finished.
Maybe this year we'll have another Eoghan, who tops the votes for several weeks running. |

I think
* Jamie would be consistently low in the voting * Stacey would be 5th/6th at the beginning, but gradually climbs throughout the comp. * Lucie would be quite low except Big Band week (3rd most probably then) * Joe top of the vote every week from week 5 |

I'd very much doubt that Olly polled the lowest votes, though anything is possible.

If that is the case who do people think has been topping the votes, I think it has been a rollercoaster of different people not just one, but one in the past 3 weeks being Joe I think, although Olly may have one week after being bottom two.
I would like to know about Jedward though, that is really bugging me, I cannot imagine how their fans will feel if they were not in fact bottom, considering how many weeks it had gone to the public and that week it did not. GG |

Last years votes were released a few days after final. They'd never released them before other than how close the final 2 were.
Last years was very interesting... Eoghan killed everyone for weeks, and Alexandra was nobody until the end. Austin and Laura were both not bottom when they were eliminated, but neither was popular either. Daniel was only in danger the weeks he was in the bottom two. He was very much in the middle apart from that. This year I think may be more predictable. Joe, Olly and Stacey will likely be right up the top all the way through, and I think Danyl will be in the lower middle in most weeks, apart from the first, and the week after he was in the bottom two. I think Jedward will be low for the first two weeks, and then high, and then bottom two with Lucie, rebounding the next week, but then back out. Lucie will be far lower than anyone expected all along, but I think Jamie will poll suprisingly well. I think Lloyd will be high early on, but then low until he left. |

I think that Rikki received more votes than Rachel in week 2, despite being sent home. She clearly wasn't liked.

Pretty much agree with this. I also suspect Danyl has been up and down like a yoyo
I think the shock of this series would be Olly being very low besides week 4 and week 8. |

I predict a lot of really close percentages with regards to those safe and those bottom two.

I know people dont read much into them, but the YT views each week are interesting and often correspond to who was low and went.
I notice Joe in the last few weeks has top views then Stacey but Danyl not far behind...but Olly has been very poor for the last 3 weeks. I think his multi-voting fanbase saved him on Sunday. |

I agree with most of this except I think Olly topped week 5 as he was still quite popular then and Stacey would have topped week 6 as she sang "Who Wants To Live Forever" that night. The only time IMO she ever beat Joe vocally throughout the whole competition. I think Joe's been topping from Week 7 onwards though

No way did Olly top on week 5, that's the week he did don't stop me now, I think he either topped or second top behind Danyl (sympathy/rebound vote) in week 4 though.

i think the twins would be kinda middling (apart from obv week 5 and 7). i wonder if the report that they topped the vote on week 3 is true though? i somehow doubt it
i also think olly was lower than them week 7. which is why it didn't go deadlock |

Ooh I got my weeks mixed up! Which week was big band week? I think he topped that week as I remember his performance that night got an incredibly good reception. Though your right "Don't Stop Me Now" lost him his popularity.

I think Olly and Danyl were both up and down weekly. I think they both had at least one week were they topped the vote then others when they were low down.
I think Jedward topped the votes on a few ocasions too. Obviously Rachel was pritty low down most weeks as she was in the bottom 2 three times. |

I think Joe and Stacey were at the top all the way through with Lucie in the top 3 or 4 at the start. I don't think Danyl was ever higher than 4th and Olly never higher than 3rd. I don't think Olly was below Jedward the week Jedward went so if Danni had kept them in it would have just been an anti-climax. I also think Jamie was probably near the bottom most of the way through. I still think Stacey was second behind Joe in the semi final and may even have been top.

GG As to who got the most votes out of Jedward and Olly. I simply don't know what the relative tally of such a small section of the voting public was, particularly taking multiple votes into account. |
